How to delete your account and data

Delete your Walk With Meee account

You can delete your account and data at any time, in the app or by emailing us.

In the app

Sign in to Walk With Meee.
Open the menu (☰) at the top left.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm, then confirm again.

You're signed out straight away and no longer appear to other walkers.

Can't use the app?

Email support@walkwithmeee.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm when it's done.

What is deleted

Your profile, photo, addresses, walks and walk requests, messages, reviews, favourites, blocks and sign-in records – normally within 24 hours.

What we keep

Only a record that an account was deleted and when (an internal number and date – no name, email or other details). Deleted data may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
